Rental Property Maintenance/Carpenter

Employment Plus is assisting a local business who is seeking a reliable and motivated Handyman with carpentry skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, with a strong emphasis on carpentry. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in a local setting, contributing to the upkeep and improvement of our client's properties. Duties include but are not limited to: Trim work, plumbing leaks, siding, flooring, doors, installing cabinets, install light fixtures, etc.  Previous experience and sheetrock are a bonus but willing to train. 

This position is Full-Time, Long-Term. 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Pay: $22+/hr. DOQ
