HVAC Technician

Employment Plus is working with a local company that is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician.
The HVAC technician is responsible for installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment, ensuring optimal indoor comfort and air quality. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Installation: Install new HVAC systems and components, following blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating parts.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain issues, provide solutions, and offer maintenance recommendations.
• Safety: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when working with HVAC equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.

HVAC Certification or previous work experience required.
Position is Full-Time, Long-Term. 8 a.m.-5:00 p.m. M-F

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. DOE
