About Us
At CentraCare Rehabilitation Center our clinical staff work together as a team to meet your goals and find solutions to help improve your quality of life. We evaluate and provide specialized therapy treatments for adults and children in the areas of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, and other specialty services.
CentraCare Rehabilitation Center is located just south of CentraCare - Rice Memorial Hospital on 3rd St SW and Minnesota Ave. Patient parking is available near the main entrance.
