CentraCare has been serving the communities of Central Minnesota for over a century and is now one of the largest health systems in Minnesota! Our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team provides multiple levels of care and transportation including Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support while responding to more than 15,000 calls each year. Our fleet includes 25 ambulances and response vehicles.
 
We’re adding to our staff of 150+ trained EMS professionals and have bases in Benson, Big Lake/Monticello, Long Prairie, Paynesville, Redwood Falls and Willmar.

 Paramedics - These are the qualifications for our paramedic openings:

• Completion of an accredited paramedic program
• Valid current national registry, or state of Minnesota paramedic certification, or provisional certification required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIMS 100, 200, 700 certifications required.
• Valid class D Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.

 Starting pay is $24.17 or more per hour, depending on location and experience.
 
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) - These are the qualifications for our EMT openings:

• Completion of an accredited EMT-B or EMT-I course, or provisional certification required.
• Current national registry or state of Minnesota certification required.
• Valid class D Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Current BLS.

 Starting pay is $18.02 or more per hour, depending on location and experience.
