POSITION OVERVIEW
Employment Plus is assisting a local company search for an Executive Administrator is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President, Senior Leadership team and human resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Administration Support:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President and Senior Leadership Team members
  • Prepare information and/or lead training sessions/presentations for employees and leadership
  • Monitor company policies & procedures to ensure they are reviewed and updated regularly
  • Manage online store orders, communicating with vendors when necessary
  • Manage sponsorship requests
  • Support annual goals and initiatives for the company
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Company Communications:
  • Establish positive working relationships with managers and supervisors throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow and feedback
  • High-level support and reinforce our company values
  • Create/edit/publish content for employees utilizing various channels: breakroom monitors, employee meetings, internal emails, newsletters, etc.
  • Support Project Ignite working with our Marketing Coordinator.
Event Planning & Execution:
  • Manage the organization & execution of annual company events (i.e., company picnic & year end party)
  • Lead the social committee in planning events
  • Manage & participation in community events (i.e., Golf Classic, local school events)
  • Coordinate visitor lunches for employees, customers, etc.
  • Assist with coordination of internal meetings (i.e., leadership, sales, etc.)
Human Resources Support:
  • Act as a backup for HR Business Partner for new hire onboarding.
  • Assist with overflow of recruiting activities when needed
  • Support for company recognition programs
  • Assist with other HR administration items as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience required.
PAY:
  • $70,000-$90,000/year
 
TRAVEL:
  • Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.
